• Conduct in-depth analysis of game data to identify trends, optimize features, and drive player engagement for our live skill games.
• Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and game mechanics.
• Develop and implement churn prediction models to identify at-risk players and develop strategies for retention.
• Analyze user acquisition (UA) data to optimize campaign performance and player acquisition costs.
• Perform comprehensive game analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Create clear and concise reports and visualizations (dashboards) to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of success in the gaming industry (or a highly relevant field).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Expertise in Python for data analysis and potentially scripting.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus).
• Knowledge of classic data science models (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to make a real impact.
• High level of English speaking and writing is a must
